Description
The draft plan includes area-specific policies for the 583-acre Kīhei Mauka growth area, requiring a stakeholder committee, a comprehensive (possibly "conceptual") master plan, watershed management, archaeological survey and a two-lane collector road to Veterans Highway before or concurrent with development. Landowners' rep Rory Frampton asked for phased implementation language.
